Interview (Part 02)

(07). Are you a proactive worker?

Yes, I am a proactive worker. I don’t wait for others to tell me what to do next. I take the initiative.

(08). Do you fall into the trap when you work?

Yes, sometimes fall into the trap when I take on too much. That is I think my bad judgment.

(09). How do you handle working with people who annoy you?


It doesn’t happen often, but I really get irritated when one person makes mistakes on something that was a group effort. I believe in giving credit where it is due and fairness within a team dynamic. If someone annoys too much, I always try to make them understand the situation.

(10). Have you ever had a conflict with your boss?


Yes, I have had conflicts in the past. Never major ones, but there have been disagreements that needed to be resolved. I've found that when conflict occurs, it helps to fully understand the other people’s perspective, so I take time to listen to their point of view, and then I seek to work out a collaborative solution.
